Housekeeping Part-time Job

Position Summary: As a Housekeeping Attendant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of our hotel. Your primary responsibilities will include cleaning guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Room Cleaning: Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas. Make beds, replace linens, and ensure all items are restocked and in good condition.
• Public Areas: Maintain cleanliness in public spaces such as lobbies, hallways, and dining areas. Regularly dust, vacuum, and mop as needed.
• Laundry Duties: Wash, dry, and fold linens and towels. Ensure all laundry equipment is used safely and efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Keep track of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to the supervisor.
• Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Guest Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, responding to guest requests and inquiries with a friendly and helpful attitude.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
• Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods.
